Brush up rope work session, Monday 24th March, 7.0pm, club room.
Behind the Rising Sun pub, Abbey Lane, S11 9NDCovering: equalising belays, tying off a belay plate, prusik knots, assisted and unassisted hoists; lowering past a knot.
Posssibly going on to escaping the system – time permitting.
Come with harness, prussik knots, belay plate, a rope, and willing to share ideas.
This builds on the advanced rope work training some of us did a couple of weeks ago.
