I will be telephoning the Seetoller Farm campsite owner shortly to confirm the number of Castle tents expected for this meet; we already have a substantial number of people intending to come. So if you haven’t yet let me know that you plan to come, could you email me directly as soon as possible. The weather forecast for Saturday evening is excellent for the proposed BBQ [both Leon and I are taking our gas BBQs] so plan your food shopping accordingly.
