The cycle from Stannington in rather misty drizzly weather crossed Loxley and Ewden valleys via Broomhead reservoir and Bolderstones before a welcome café stop in Langsett. The views returned for the ride back which followed the ‘Tour’ route to near Bradfield then via Ughill and Dungworth to reach Stannington. Thanks to Leon and Hugh for their entertaining company. A fine route that definitely had more uphill than downhill!! How is that possible?
