Sorry no one made it to the Alaska talk, quite sensational! The North Face of the Eiger was the training for it!
We now move from Alaska over the Americas to Greenland for the last of our four Winter Talks:

Pack-Rafting in Greenland by Sally Newton
Thursday 11th April, 7 for 7:30pm start
The Fishpond, Matlock Bath (the Ballroom upstairs)

Hear about Sally’s adventures in the absolutely spectacular Greenland scenery, a place few of us have been to. Sally is a former President of the DMC and has an appetite for solo adventures.

Entry free to DMC members with voluntary donations of a £5 going to the Club’s Charity Fund. This event is open to friends and family and also to members of other Clubs.
