Sleeping bag cleaning

Many members will at various times have had their down sleeping bags cleaned by the Sheffield company W.E. Franklin at Banner Cross, which sadly closed down a couple of years ago after over 130 years’ trading. However, when checking up on this recently I found that Franklins’ cleaning equipment, and many of their staff, have been taken over by a firm in Rotherham, who now provide a similar service, and I thought that members might like to make a note of the details.
