Thursday March 2nd meet report

A party of 12, met at the appointed place,and after Vanda had rearranged the car park, we set off on the walk. Several muddy fields and styles were crossed, before coffee at a spectacular view point above Lathkill Dale and in warm sunshine. After the decent into the Dale we walked through Monyash,and on to One Ash Orange, where we had lunch. Sadly the ice cream shop was shut.
Down into the Dale again, and a short walk along the river, which was in spate,and finally out of the Dale, to retrace some of the earlier route back to the cars
