8 members turned up time at Barber Booth, but we had to wait for two latecomers, no names but one was the President!
We toiled up Jacobs Ladder with a coffee/tea break at the halfway point in misty weather.
We took in Noe Stool but there were no takers for the short boulder problem to the top. Latecomer Linda stamped her feet and demanded to be fed only 15 minutes from the planned lunch stop at Pyms Chair ( The Pagoda to climbers).
We carried on over the head of Crowden Brook with no signs of the mist lifting and descended from Grindslow Knoll back to the cars.
PS. Re the Rowsley walk. I could not make it due to a trip to the dentist with the wife, but I did see the Dusky Thrush at Beeley in the afternoon with my small equipment!!
