The club Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 21st November at the Norfolk Arms starting at 8pm.
If you have any items for the agenda please can you forward them to me at least three weeks before the meeting. The committee will propose the new committee and officers of the club for 2025 for approval by the membership. If there are any counter-nominations for committee members or officers of the club please let me know, with proposer and seconder, at least three weeks before the meeting. The agenda will be sent out three weeks before the meeting.
The AGM will be followed by a planning meeting for the club’s winter activities up to March 2025. Anyone willing to lead a walk or scramble will be especially welcome!
I have booked a table for 6pm at the Norfolk Arms for anyone wishing to eat beforehand, Please let me know if you would like to join us.
