Ropes in the Clubrooom

Hi All

AS some of you are aware I have been less then happy for some time about how our ropes in the clubroom are remaining damp as a result of being left hanging in a damp space.

After discussions with several people I have taken down the ropes and put tracer lines up there. i have washed the ropes at home and they are currently drying.

Maybe we could think about a better way of storing them. I would favour in a dry plastic box like our other kit. Another alternative would be upstairs in the clubroom where it is drier. If someone could put 3 hooks up for this that would also work.

In the next few weeks I ll do a full annual check of club equipment and also check the condition of our top rope anchors
