Dark Peak walk

This walk repeats a route I did for the club in 2021 and is is at the request of several newer members of the club. We will be visiting some of the less obvious air crash sites in the peak each of which has an interesting, and not always sad story which I would be happy to tell.
Meet at Parking area on minor road west of Barber Booth at GR 108 847 on Dark Peak 1;25000 map at 8 30 am and aim to finish about 4 00pm. There is alternative parking below viaduct 200 metres to west. Distance approximately 10 miles taking in Kinder Low and Brown knoll visiting 4 crash sites, 2 bombers, 1 training aircraft and 1 American fighter plane
