Sunday 27th August. Castle Naze, climbing meet. (GR. 054,728). Gritstone, single pitch, all grades. There are only about 5 places for parking on the road by the crag, so meet in the centre of Combs village by the Beehive pub (G.R.042785) at 8.45am. and we can car share from there. (NB If parking by the bungalow with a line of flowers by the roadside take care not to park on the flagstones! The owner doesn’t mind careful parkers, but is concerned about damage to his flagstones.) Please try to car share to get to Combs too.
