The Culm Coast meet will be at Stoke Barton Farm camp site, near Hartland Point. The price is £13 ppn for tents. Electric hookups are available.
I have contacted the site. They do prefer people to book in advance, so please give them a call and say you are with the Castle Mountaineering Club. Their number is 01237 441238

http://www.westcountry-camping.co.uk/index.php/pricing/tariffThe nearest crag is Screda Point, which can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot from the camp site.
Other options nearby include the ever popular Vicarage Cliff, Higher & Lower Sharpnose Points and the Tom Patey VS classic “Wreckers’ Slab” at Cornakey.
Parking for Cornakey Cliff, Vicarage Cliff and Higher Sharpnose point is conveniently located next to the Rectory tea rooms in Morwenstowe. This will probably have no bearing on my selection of crags.
The more deranged may be tempted by Breakaway. I refuse to encourage them by posting a link. Do your own research 🙂

I will see about contacting the pub a week or so before the trip. I’m going to be out of the country for part of September but should have enough time to get that sorted after I come back.

The first is that I completely failed to mention that the SW coast path passes through Hartland Quay, so there is access to excellent walking as well as climbing.
The second is that the camp site would like people to phone a few days in advance so they can figure out where to put us, and that they prefer people to arrive by 10pm.
I’m going to be out of the country for the next week. I should be able to reply to emails, but being Norway there’s a nonzero chance of my phone being eaten by trolls..
