A walk through some of the parks and woodland of south Sheffield, passing Sheffield’s oldest standing building, seeing a herd of Fallow deer, walking through ancient woodland and with a good chance of seeing Sheffield’s most recent resident bird species.
Tea and cakes at the end of the walk. Please bring cake!!
Starting from our house, 89A Folds Lane, at 11am, a route of approximately 8 miles of easy, well-surfaced paths.
There should still be bluebells, wood anenomies and wild garlic in the woods and hopefully I can give some history on the way round.
