Seven of us walked from Dennis Knoll via Outlane, through a wooded area, then took a small path direct to the southern stone circle on Moscar Moor. We continued to Bamford Edge and when a shower appeared to be coming our way, we headed for the rough shelter in Jarvis Clough for a lunch stop although the rain never reached us. On High Neb we felt the full force of the wind before completing the 6.8mile round. A walk with extensive views, beautiful autumnal colours and great company. Thanks to all who could join in.
