Meet at the large lay-by on the B5055 Bakewell to Moneyash Road (GR 183670).
After Haddon Grove Farm a steep descent leads into Lathkill Dale at its junction with Cales Dale.From Cales Dale the field path leads east to the junction of Back Lane and Moor Lane which is followed to the path descending north to Meadow Place Grange and to the start of Lathkill Dale.
A steady walk up the Dale follows but exiting via the path up to Mill Farm with a return to Haddon Grove farm and the road back to the start.
Distance -just over 7miles.

Mike DAs mentioned in my notice, the start point for the walk is large lay-bye on the right of the B5055 from Bakewell to Moneyash at G.R.183670.
If anyone is unsure of its location-follow the B5055 up its long climb out of Bakewell.When the road finally levels out you pass a sign for Green Cowden Farm on the right,followed by a sign for Bolehill Farm ,also on the right, and after that the the turn off to the right for Sheldon,Flash & and Chelmorton.Shortly after this turn of, as you come out of a large bend, you will see the lay-bye on rough ground on the right hand side.
