Start walk at 11 am – Fairholmes – Ashopton – Crook Hill loop.
Park in free off road parking area next to Ladybower reservoir, near Fairhomes (sk174889), off the A57. Hopefully not too busy in mid-January.
Walk through Fairholmes, past the over flowing dam wall, along road/path by the reservoir to below Ashopton., return via Crook Hill and back along the ridge to above Fairholmes for amazing views.
Just under 7miles, using Christmas ribbon.
