Over the winter months, it would be great to continue the tradition of having members share their various adventures and travels with others in the club. I would normally organise a monthly programme of slideshows starting in October and taking place on the first Thursday of each month. Obviously this will now have to be through Zoom, which worked well during early lockdown in spring this year.
So if you have a suitable slideshow to share, please would you get in contact with me so that I can arrange a programme, starting hopefully on the first Thursday in November [the 5th].
With the club’s now shared use of ABMSAC’s Zoom through Dick Murton, the slideshows will NOT have to be limited to 40minutes.
If members were saving their best pictures for the next slide competition, rather sadly, this will probably now not take place until 2022.
