Final Ascent: The Legend of Hamish MacInnes
An 80 minute film released last year (AFAICR) uses the aftermath of a very strange experience in old age to tell the story of Hamish’s life. The BBC showed it last night on the Scotland channel, so it won’t have been flagged up elsewhere. Available on iplayer for 29 days under BBC Scotland (not under Films) or search Final Ascent.
Looking forward to watching it tonight. A lot of very positive press coverage in Scotland when it was released.
