I’m leading a walk on New Year’s Day starting from Millthorpe. Meet at 11am at the convenient free parking space by the small village green [GR 317764]. Depending on the weather and who comes and in what state after New Year’s Eve [I’m including myself in that!] I’m planning to lead an approx. 6 – 7 mile walk but with lots of escape routes so it could be made much shorter if people wanted to.
The following day, there will be the usual Thursday walk, so you could choose to do both [as part of a possible New Year resolution?]
