    Meet 10am Shillito Woods, near Curbar Crossroads, 295 749. Dropping down to Milnthorpe, along to Commonside before heading up onto Eastmoor, heading for a cafe. Return route is primarily a reverse of run out excluding the initial bit. About 25 miles. Mary
