15mins from jn 29 on M1, just north of Mansfield, this is a sheltered limestone trad crag. As it is east of the Peak, it often is much drier, and faces south. First rate low to mid grade routes.
To get there, sat nav NG19 8RN, then turn right, signed to st Chad’s chapel and park near chapel. Cross the small bridge and go right through a gap in the wall, follow river pathto metal kissing gate. 2 min walk.
    Grid ref is SK 528652.
Or…..from M1 jn 28, follow A617 towards Mansfield, then A6191, until left on A6075, Debdale lane, signed Mansfield Woodhouse. After about a mile, go under railway bridge, then second left onto Station road, then 300m on, left onto Vale Road. Along and under railway bridge after residential area, continue until the small sign to st Chad’s chapel on the right.
Hope to be there by 10.30 am, but might be a little later, no later than 11am! Cheers Linda.
