16 set off and were soon joined by 1 other and a different dog. We did 3 ups and 3 downs, missed the path twice, sat down twice (once for twelvses and once for a slightly late lunch), squelched through one muddy section, visited one trig point, got drizzled on a few times and lost nobody at all.
GPS showed 6.9 miles which left one of the leaders feeling smug as just less than 7 miles had been predicted. Think that about covers it. Quite a success I thought.
