Start off the weekend with a relaxed run along the Eastern moor edges
This Saturday at 8.45AM, starting from roadside parking just belowThe Grouse.
Somewhere between 6-8miles * but sort of flat and no real fear of over heating given the forecast.Contact Dawn or me for more info.
