John Murton is unable to do this walk now, so if anyone can lead it that would be great. I hope to be back from my Dad’s by then, but can’t promise, so suggested walk is- meet 11am at end of Lady’s Canning Plantation, just about 1km west of Ringinglow. g.r. 278835.
Go north to Brown Edge farm, across to White Stones, Stanedge Pole, along Stanage to Burbage Valley, south along the top path to meet up with Houndkirk trail and back. About 8 miles. If I am back, will lead, if not , make sure you have a map, or let me know if you could definitely lead it!! Sorry to be so vague, but have tried a few regulars, and others may be able to do it but are away.
