Sorry – but I’ve injured my foot and can’t walk far or climb; so I can’t lead this meet on Sunday. If you’re going, best meeting place is the Dove Stone reservoir car park 013035. Its popular, so better to get there before 10.30am. Good walking to Laddow, Black Hill, Marsden and scrambles in Tom’s book. Dovestones Edge is great low grade climbing on the finest crag in the Chew area.
I’d be keen to get there on 5th July as an alternative for those not going to Wasdale. Please let me know if anybody fancies this. Hopefully I’ll be fit by then. Cheers Geoff
