    If anyone planning to come on tomorrow’s thursday walk starting at Ashford -in-the Water intends travelling via Hathersage using the A6187,be aware that it is currently closed between Hope and Hathersage due to damage caused by a traffic accident.The route east of Hathersage is unaffected.

    Rosy and I used the road this afternoon. The parapet damage at Mytham Bridge has now been repaired, the temporary traffic lights removed and the road reopened. Andy
