GEORGE STARKEY HUT PATTERDALE
On my original post for this, [December 2018] the date given was 14/15/16 February 2020.
THIS IS THE CORRECT DATE.
However, somehow, probably by working 2 years in advance, the date on the latest Meets List is the following weekend 21-23 Feb. This is incorrect.
From the original post the following people expressed interest/paid a deposit.
COULD YOU PLEASE NOW CONFIRM ASAP YOU ARE STILL INTENDING TO GO.

The original 15 places are full. There are several more people on the reserve list at present.
I’ve contacted the hut secretary to see if we can have any of the remaining places, although the online booking page says it’s full.
We may also be able to book a couple of members guest places, waiting for confirmation about this.
Doubt I’ll get any reply before Xmas.
Will keep everybody posted, especially those on reserve list.

Have now managed to secure 21 places in the hut, which means everybody on yesterday’s list can come., including reserves.
There is now ONE spare place available, may be 2 after I’ve seen Marianne this evening.
