    MEET POSTPONED!!!!
    After consulting individually with all interested parties, due to the rather inclement weather forecast, tomorrow’s meet has been postponed.
    I will look to see where it can be Rescheduled into the busy meets programme.
    Sorry it’s not happening this weekend.

    UPDATE TO SUNDAY MEET
    Currently I am without transport to the meet.
    Unless there is anymore interest in this meet AND an offer of a lift I shall be unable to lead it.
    Currently the weather forecast for the area is fairly grim, which is what is stopping the people I’ve spoken to from going. At present only Chris and Jo have expressed any interest.
    I am quite happy to lead this great trip on a future date if necessary.
    Sorry about this, blame my faulty clutch and Vanda being in the Lakes.

    Update on walk for Thursday 28th Feb.
    I’ve now prospected the planned route, it’s just under 7 miles but fairly easy going. Not worth going to pub so bring lunch. Perfect coffee stop after an hour, binoculars an advantage.
    See you at Rails Road car park for 11am start. Free parking!!

    Sounds lovely but we’ll be transferring from Scarborough to Manchester airport on Sunday en route to the pisted slopes of Morzine. Have a good weekend.

    Thanks for the replies, I’ve now found a new pair for £9.99 which should do the job for this year. I may be back soon for larger pairs if she continues to grow at the same rate.

    Final reminder for climbers planning meeting tomorrow at 7.30 in the clubroom.
    Anybody with any interest at all in climbing next year is very welcome.
    Good idea to bring 2019 diaries if you have one.

    1. I never said the route through the woods was safe, just that you’d have to push bikes because it was steep.
    2. I’ll put the photos on Facebook tomorrow and let the jury decide. Pictures never lie 😱😱

    Sounds good, but probably need to check if road closure from Hillsborough to Wharncliffe still has long diversion, which we discovered when going to Remembrance Day Walk from Langsett.

    8.45. As expected its very wet and forecast to stay the same well into the afternoon, so unfortunately today’s meet is OFF.
    If anybody is going indoor climbing perhaps you could post a message. We won’t be doing that.
