URGENT MESSAGE.Light snow falling in Fulwood at present,but forecast is for heavy snow tonight with light snow until lunch tomorrow..Similar for Grindleford.
Prospects for tomorrow’s walk not good-particularly as the NT Hay Wood car park is below the main road and might be difficult to get out of.The only alternative is the lay-bye near “the Grouse” or limited road side parking.
I will assess the situation at 0800 tomorrow decide & whether to cancel.
