Climbers – walkers, wanted as local guides Friday 22nd May
The International Commission for Mountain Rescue, Medical Committee, is meeting in the Hope Valley in May. Members have a day off on Friday 22nd May. They would appreciate it if anybody is available to take them on a local walk, or to introduce them to a local crag. They are all very experienced. The climbers will have boots and harness, but no other kit.
It would be a chance to meet some interesting people from all over the world.
If you’d like to do it, let me know by email. Geoffnichols1955@gmail.com I’ll then put you in touch with the person coordinating the mountain rescue conference.
