Bouldering meet at the clubroom!

This week’s bouldering session saw a return to the CMC clubhouse. In attendance; Steve, Robin, Osku and, dust. After some vertical sweeping and a fruitful cobweb-harvest, we located the walls and started an enjoyable evening of struggle, chat, and further brushing where required.

As the guidebook is missing (does anyone know where it is?), we were free to invent our own routes and claim multiple first ascents, making this perhaps one of the most successful CMC meets in history (at least until the guide is found, or until Steve publishes a new topo!)

We got a surprising amount done, and we decided that it was good enough (and free!) to make this the first of a few return visits this year; alongside rather than instead of other meets, so watch this space.

Hi Steve
Only just seen this as not getting all emails.
The Guidebook was there at the last big clubroom clean up. Must have been put somewhere obscure. Will have a look next time we go.
Glad you enjoyed using the wall again.
