Hi All
The Castle AGM will be held on Thursday 21st November, starting at 8pm, at the Norfolk Arms, Ringinglow. It will be followed by a planning meeting for winter activities up till March 2025 – walks, scrambles etc.
The AGM agenda and previous AGM minutes can be found in the AGM section of the “Members Area” of the website. You can access it using this link http://castlemountaineering.com/members-only/agm/ – you will also need to log in.
Included in the agenda is an item discussing how the club stores and allows access to member’s personal information (phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses). The AGM information includes relevant guidance from the British Mountaineering Council which may be helpful to the discussion.
