John HutchParticipant
Hope to be part of this one. And hoping we can get 8 or more of us!
John HutchParticipantHi Kial and Gemma, is there still a place free? If so I’m keen to come. Cheers, John
John HutchParticipantSorry, it looks like I won’t be able to get there until nearer 4.
John HutchParticipantAbout 10 of us sampled the delights of the Chocolate Blancmange (a distinctly wobbly pudding) on a sunny evening, attracted probably as much by the shade as by the apparently friendly grades and angle of the rock. A few bold souls soon moved on into sunny verticality, where they may have found better quality rock? But let’s not be too unkind to the Blancmange slabs: some of the routes are highly enjoyable. The key skill is finding them!
John HutchParticipantI’m planning to be there too
John HutchParticipantSorry, we’re NOT going to Bamford tomorrow . It’s closed. See you instead at Stanage Plantation Paradise Wall. I’ll be there from 4
John HutchParticipantManaged to miss this until tonight. I’ve booked direct with the site from Thurs to Sun. Can’t wait!

John HutchParticipantHope to join you late Mike and Dick. Our road has been invited to sing doorstep carols at 8pm on December Thursdays!

John HutchParticipantThanks Kathy. Dawn has added me to Dippers 👍
John HutchParticipantYet more options! Thanks Chris and Martin.
John HutchParticipantThanks Steve and Russ. Loads of options to explore now!
Yes, I’d wondered about digitally photographing projected images. I’ll have a play.

Many thanks to all the responders 👍John HutchParticipantThanks Steve and John. I’ll continue to research – and had better start digging my slides out of the attic! I’ve probably got 500 or more, plus many more negatives/prints, but I won’t be bothering to convert all of them.
Thanks too to Gordon Riley who recommends Max Spielman, and Pete Hammond who’s used Treasured Memories in Leeds. -
