! look forward to meeting you all at the roadside parking by Spot Height 432 (grid Ref 254825) as previously advised.
Note that the road up from the Norfolk Arms Hotel is open and passable-but a bit intimidating in places above the hotel.I drove up and down it today (Tues) with no problems as did others.However it is much easier to take the main Hathersage Road (A6187) past “the Fox House” and the Surprise view and then take the turn off right above ” The Millstone” P.H. ( ie the other end of the Norfolk Arms Hotel road ) which IS CLEAR ALL THE WAY UP.The road by the parking area is also clear.Derbyshire CC are obviously better at gritting & clearing roads than Sheffield !
