    Meet 11am at parking just before Fairholmes Grid Ref SK 173
    890 for a gentle stroll above Derwent Reservoir to Abbey Brook
    and back. 6 miles 1000 ft ascent approximately.

    I can’t walk this Thursday but will be riding from the same starting place at 11:00am. If anyone wants to join me the route is all on roads, 60 km and 930m of ascent. Café stop in Tideswell. Back about 3:00pm

    After a bit of thought I’ve tweaked my ride for tomorrow and it will now be a more manageable 46km and 700m of ascent. Let me know if you are planning to join us (me plus one}
