Meet on the roadside parking on the A57 just before the Ladybower viaduct at G.R.197864.
Starting at Ashopton the route traverses below Derwent Edge & then descends to Ladybower and on to Fairholmes.From there we take the steady climb to Woodstock Coppice and follow the grassy ridge past the woods to Bridge End Pastures and the steady descent to Ladybower & the viaduct.
Distance approx 8 miles.
