Sunday 06 July Tour de France meet update

Dear All

Thank you for comments. Having looked at the options will stick with original plan with a few amendments.

Start in Stannington at 10.30.

Park on Church Street and meet at the church.

We will go out past Strines pub and on to junction with footpath at Cowell Flat (246946). Here we can start to assess how busy it is and if OK cycle round the top of High Bradfield rather than through it and come down from the north to find a viewing spot,

This means I hope that we don’t have to sit around for hours

Bring your own refreshments

This plan may change on the day when we see how crowded it is
