Sorry for lateness of this report. From Lower Bradfield five of us started by cycling to the east end of Damflask reservoir, avoiding the main road but in doing so gaining and losing height rather unnecessarily. We then zigzagged up the hill to the north and continuing on roads less travelled via Foldrings and Brightholmlee, reached Broomhead reservoir. After a short break we gathered ourselves for the climb back to Bradfield and for the excitement of cycling past Wigtwizzle, which incidentally was the main reason for some members of the party doing the ride. It may have only been 15 miles but lots of climbing, almost no traffic, visiting Wigtwizzle and the fine company, made it thoroughly worthwhile. Thanks to those who were able to join in.
