Message board emails

When a new message is put on the Messageboard, or an
existing message is replied to, a notification email is sent
to all Club members. You should not Reply to this email. Any
reply will be sent to info@castlemountaineering.com which is
used by our website provider, Digital Nomads, and will not
be seen by any Club member. You may get a Delivery Failure
message.

If you wish to respond to the message, you have two options:

(1) Private Reply. Reply to the message but before you Send
it, replace info@castlemountaineering.com in the To field
with the email address of the person you wish to receive
your reply.

(2) Public Reply. Go to the website, log in, go to the
message board, find the message you want to reply to. The
reply box is under the message and any previous replies.
Write your reply and Submit it. All members will be notified
by email.

I am sure most people know all this, but it seems there are
a few that don’t.
