An intrepid pair of climbers, John and Rosa, transected the TdeF route and arrived at Burbage North in perfect weather. After a steady day of 10 routes a halt was called.
On the way home I was able to stop on Carlisle street and watch the peloton sweep past. The passing of the TdeF peloton is an amazing sight and incredibly noisy! The crowds were very dense and were obviously having an excellent day out.
