The Thursday walks will be 6 years old next week, so in keeping with tradition, following the walk we will celebrate with a party, tea, cakes and candles (possibly not other activities usually seen at 6yr olds’ parties, but you never know…).
The walk will start at 11am from the corner of Moorcroft Rd and School Green Lane, Fulwood GR 298853, which is 200m down from my house. Parking is easier on Moorcroft Rd and Brooklands Ave than on School Green Lane. 120 and 83a buses come close.
Walk distance approx. 5.5- 5.8 miles. All welcome.
Bring food / nibbles sweet or savoury, to share, if you’d like, but this is not compulsory!
If you are not able to join in the walk, you are still welcome to the gathering afterwards. I expect we will have completed the walk and be back at mine by 3pm.
I hope lots of you can join in.
