    Climbing returns [weather permitting!!]
    Meet at Froggatt Edge in the ‘Great Slab’ area, scene of my first CMC meet a million years ago.
    ” Downhill Racer” E4 6a for those who have inhabited the wall this winter, otherwise “Slab Recess” Diff, “Allen’s Slab” Sev 4a, “Trapeze Direct” VS 5a [or the easier version at V Diff or for those really unfit [Me?] Nursery Slab Mod with a star!! Plus lots and lots more.

    Park anywhere you can near the Grouse Inn, couple of free lay-bys or NT car park. We’ll be parking around 10am, it’s then about 15 mins flat walking to the crag, passing a small stone circle for any Druids attending.

    If the weather’s bad, there’s the extremely sheltered Cave Crawl at Sev 5a to tick!

    Can’t believe I’m missing the first climbing meet of the year but I’m afraid I’m in Tenerife I best try harder to make the rest of the meets 😁
